ABSTRACT
The Internationalization of
Higher Education invites us to deepen the theory of interculturality, which is
seen as a plural concept that converges to dialogue between nations. The
systematization of intercultural education enables the organization of
integrated systems, providing technical knowledge that affects the elaboration
of laws and programs. Indeed, intercultural education focuses on the
development of global skills, dialoguing with a curriculum whose
interdisciplinary treatment reverberates in the epistemological and ontological
deepening of knowledge. That said, this work is guided by the decolonial
methodology, consisting of a look at Latin American education, promoting
reflections on interculturality in higher education in the development of
global skills based on principles of teaching, research and extension.
